Magnolias Thursdays-Sundays March

This
play focuses on the comaderie of six Southern women. The women, who gather at
Truvy's beauty parlour, in Chinquapin, Louisiana, are the steel magnolias of the
title: Southern belles, flowery on the outside, but strong enough inside
to survive any challenge.
Alternately
hilarious and touching, this play focuses on the relationships between these
six women who talk, |
| |
gab, gossip, chitchat, needle and harangue each other through the best of times
- and cry, caress, comfort and repair one another through the worst. This
play was the predecessor to the movie by the same title. . | |
